Here is how you will debut!
Inquiry
Our journey starts with an inquiry form. This form is a snapshot of who you are and indicates whether we are a good fit for this project. Within 48 hours, you will receive a response from me to schedule your complimentary discovery call to get to know each other better and discuss the scope of the project, intended deliverables, and investment.
Once we confirm our compatibility, I will send you the project proposal and the contract for your signature. Additionally, I will include the invoice for the upfront payment according to the agreed payment plan to secure your spot in the project.
Onboarding
Now that we are officially set for the project, I have a few things for you before we start!
The week before we start working together, I will send you an email with a Welcome Packet to express my gratitude for your choosing my services and give you a rundown of how things will be going forward.
This email will also give you the link to the client portal in Honeybook, which will be the hub for reviewing documents, sending messages, and making payments.
Brand Strategy
Time to create your show-stopping brand identity! But first, you gotta do a little homework!
At the onboarding stage, there will also be a brand strategy questionnaire, which you should answer to the best of your knowledge. Don't be afraid to leave N/A answers if you don't know yet—that's where the Brand Strategy Workshop comes in!
The questionnaire gives me an idea of what you have so far for your business.
We then schedule a call to discuss your target audience, brand values, competitor analysis, personality, and more to create your business's unique identity. This call usually takes 2-3 hours, depending on your schedule.
From there, I will submit a Brand Strategy & Creative Direction presentation with all the information we gathered in a compact format to ensure we are both on the same page.
In the end, there will be two moodboards for you to select, one of which will determine the project's creative direction. You can make one FREE revision to the mood board if you see any changes that need to be made.
If you select the Starring Lead package, there will be an additional call to discuss social media strategy.
Now comes my favorite part!
This is where we turn research into action! From here, you get to sit back and relax while I get designing. Of course, I am still open to messages if you need to discuss something with me.
Behind the scenes, I will create the brand assets we discussed and put them into motion through mockups.
After I have finished my designs, I will submit a complete presentation of your brand in a list of formats we will discuss later.
Then, you will provide feedback to review my work and discuss any revisions you would like to make to the project.

Alas, all good things must come to an end! But I'm ecstatic about your new journey!
Once you have given the official stamp of approval, I will send the final invoice for the project. Upon receipt of payment, I will deliver the final files and a Brand Guidelines booklet for the best use and application of your brand assets to you.
For the Starring Leads, you will also receive your Personalized Social Media Strategy Guide, complete with video tutorials and a list of content ideas to get you started.
The last thing you will receive is a Goodbye Packet containing valuable resources to strengthen your business further. Depending on the font choices, I will provide licensing links for you to use commercially.
Finally, there will be a place to leave a review and an opportunity to receive a 50% discount on your next service if you refer someone to Divo Designs!
