How long is the typical timeline for a project?
The timelines for each project will be listed on the Services page, but if you add items to your project, the timeline will be extended accordingly.
How will we communicate?
I use HoneyBook for client portals, communication, and project tracking. This integrates into my email so that everything will come across to you through there, but you can go into the client portal to see details on the timeline, past communication, and more. This is where I send proposals and contracts as well.

How will the payment process work?
The payment process will depend on the package you are interested in investing in. I will also discuss how it works and if there is any room for flexibility.
Branding
What format will I receive my final files in?
I will package up your files into various formats suitable for both web and print purposes, including PNG, SVG, EPS, PDF, and JPG (should you need additional formats, just let me know, and I will include them). Based on the colors in your final branding, I will include black, white, grayscale, and full-color versions. The final files will be labeled and organized into files that are easy to navigate, plus a PDF guide for file types and how to use them.
How will revision rounds work?
To get the most out of your revisions, I encourage getting feedback from multiple sources, collecting all your thoughts in bulk, and then sending it my way. Once I complete and send back a new version with all the edits, that will count as a completed revision round, and we can move on to the next as necessary.
Can you create websites?
I have not acquired the skill and knowledge to create websites for clients. However, when I reach that level, I will happily announce that I can make websites for my clients. Alternatively, I may contract someone to do that for you! Either way, you will be informed of that update.
How can I be sure that I will like the design?
While I don’t know what you are thinking, I will say that you can be confident that I will create a design that reflects your brand and its values. My service involves in-depth strategy and discussions, narrowing down your business’s goals, values, audience, voice, and more and visual direction for the design. These steps are in place to get me into the heart of your business and your head so we can both see a plan for the design before we even begin. Mood boards provide a clear visual direction as well for us to reference. With all this in place, plus revision rounds, it avoids surprises with the final concepts.
